RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the design and maintenance of the Odoo-based rental portal. Streamline rental processes through ERP integration.
  • Safeguard the rental portal's database integrity and optimize for speed. Engage with Python ORM for Postgres interactions.
  • Refine the portal's interface based on user feedback.
  • Craft and optimize Odoo Modules in Python, ensuring clear documentation.
  • Ensure the portal's smooth operation through rigorous testing and defect resolution.
  • Stay updated with software trends and seek areas of enhancement.
  • Maintain clear records of software changes and features.
  • Engage actively with cross-functional teams for holistic development.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL NEED

  • Mastery in Python and web technologies
  • An insatiable passion for development.
  • Experience with ERP infrastructure and Databases
  • Understanding of backend infrastructures and architecture
  • An autonomous learner with a knack for quick adaptation.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS with specialized expertise in ERP development and integration.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Passion for music and creativity.
  • Proficiency in React and Angular.
  • Experience in software QA.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Basic UX design and user experience understanding.
  • Odoo certification or training is a plus.

 EDUCATION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer Science with Odoo-related coursework.
  • 5+ years in software development, including ERP experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel without restrictions as needed.
