• As our Assembly Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring the quality of our products and contributing to our successes at PK Sound.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the physical reception of products and update purchase order receptions into the ERP system. Receive and stock parts.
• Pick parts and transfer them to the assembly line as needed.
• Lead and execute annual and weekly cycle counts. Be accountable for inventory accuracies.
• Execute quality checks on material receptions.
• Pick up parts using the company vehicle.
• Manage small package shipping & receiving.
• Assist with the packaging of PK loudspeakers.
• Assist with the final assembly of PK Loudspeakers.
• Maintain general cleanliness of receiving and parts storage areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL NEED

• The ability to self-manage and stay motivated without constant supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
• High level of organization to manage tasks efficiently
• Clear written and oral communication skills for precise coordination
• The capacity to work quickly and accurately, paying close attention to detail
• Prior experience with hand and power tools is a plus
• Proven experience operating forklifts is mandatory
• The physical ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• Robust problem-solving skills to overcome operational challenges.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in audio technology or a related industry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.

EDUCATION & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• 3- 5 years of large warehousing and parts-handling experience
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Warehouse forklift experience
• Manufacturing environment experience is an additional asset
• A Clean Driver’s abstract
